Francisco
Argentinian and Lithuanian, living in Lithuania. Speaks Lithuanian, Spanish, and English fluently.
Founder of Kilmė, inspired by his own story: born in Argentina with Lithuanian roots, Francisco decided to restore his citizenship — and succeeded.
After that, he moved to Lithuania, where he has been living in Vilnius ever since.
Today, Francisco helps others restore their citizenship, just as he once did himself.
He specializes in document preparation, search, interpretation, and official representation at the Migration Department of the Republic of Lithuania.When needed, Francisco collaborates with trusted professionals, including experienced translators working with multiple languages, as well as notaries, and the Lithuanian State Archives.
What do we do?
Citizenship Restoration
We guide and support you throughout the entire process — helping you gather all the required documents and ensuring they are properly prepared and submitted to the Migration Department of Lithuania.
Interpretation & In-Person Representation
We accompany clients to official institutions, provide on-the-spot interpretation in Lithuanian, English or Spanish, and help communicate clearly with officials during key processes.
Translation Services
We provide official translations from a variety of languages into Lithuanian.
